What’s Happening
- A roughly 1.5 kilometre path is planned along Ararimu Road.
Timeline
- We are currently in the investigation phase for this project.
- Consultants engaged to provide scheme plan and early design concept.
- Early engagement with community and stakeholders will be carried out to determine the next steps for this project.
Why It Matters
- This part of Ararimu Road does not have a path – this means that local residents are unable to easily access Ararimu Village without a car.
- This path will allow local residents to walk or cycle to the school, park and community hall in Ararimu Village.
