Project update – As of December 2025, the resource consent application for the Waiuku Sandspit project has been formally lodged. This marks a key step in progressing the project, ensuring all necessary approvals are in place before works can commence. Further updates will be shared here.
Waiuku Sandspit Reserve Section B
We are proposing a 916 metre pathway (including 788 metres of boardwalk) that will connect Sandspit Reserve and Riverside Drive Recreation Reserve. This track will complete the missing footpath link between the two reserves.
